As part of our consultancy with Sony, we were asked to help find a remix for Tom Grennan‘s ‘Here’. This powerful track needed a remixer who could bring it into the Dance Radio realm and create a rework that felt akin to the original’s sense of timelessness. Enter, The Magician.
Citing past works such as his remix of ‘I Follow Rivers’ by Lykke Li, which has now accumulated almost half a billion streams, we knew The Magician is someone you can always rely on to pull a remix rabbit out of a hat!
The remix is a tough, up-tempo rework of the original, with Tom’s vocal as a gleaming focal point embedded into The Magician’s powerful synth based, dance-floor production magic, et voila!
