Our friends over at Atlantic Records needed some help finding the right remixer for Clean Bandit’s track ‘Don’t Leave Me Lonely’ featuring Elley Duhé. The track was ideal to rework as it felt so open for interpretation with the clean vocal and the tight bass and percussion. The artist that we felt would be ideal for this project, with his amazing production and clean, radio-friendly cuts was Felix Jaehn. Felix has been on a tear from 2018 with his reinterpretation of Chaka Khan’s ‘Ain’t Nobody’ and has built a great following online.
He really delivered, creating a bouncy, up-beat flip of the original, aptly naming it his ‘Happy Rave Remix’! The track has amassed over a million streams since its release a couple of months ago and is tracking well on all DSPs.
