We worked alongside Parlophone to commission Loadstar to remix The Good Natured‘s huge single 5-HT.
The label were looking for a remix that would tap into the bass music and dubstep / DnB crowd.
Loadstar had a fantastic year in 2012 with huge support across specialist radio and from all the biggest names in the bass scene. We thought their dark and agressive sound would work perfectly with the original and we were proved right as they submitted a mix that ticked all the right boxes and packed a serious punch!
The press team at Parlophone arranged an exclusive with The Guardian for a free download of the remix which had a great reaction. We then worked alongside UKF to have the track uploaded onto their Youtube channel which has 2.2 million subscribers and is one of the most popular music channels on Youtube.
The video went viral immediately and racked up over 500,000 views in 2 weeks. The label reported a huge amount of traffic back to the bands Facebook page for the free download as a result of the video.
