We were hit up by our good friends over at Three Six Zero Recordings/Sony to find a flip of Australian-based electronic artist, jamesjamesjames’ ‘My Purple iPod Nano’. Who better than our favourite house trio, fresh off their killer 2021 season, Oden & Fatso.
The guys came at this with a fresh slice of breaks and melodic intent. Pitched vocals, infectious loops and hypnotic percussive elements deliver a cut that is slightly left-field of their usual sound, which shows the diverse range of musical prowess these guys have to really create tracks that hit in all the right places.
